HSA presented the agency with a great challenge: we needed to position them via a brand film as a super-friendly, low-cost multi-benefit health insurance company while actually selling off-screen and generating ROI that would ensure that the ad paid for itself. There were innumerable cut downs at 30 and 20 seconds doing different jobs for different day-parts and TVRs but this was the ‘flagship’ commercial that ran and ran. I challenge you to find a commercial that covers so much ground so quickly whilst making a hero of a piece of municipal furniture. Excellent music too…
